Privacy Policy

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

TrafficDam, operated by GrowSaral Technologies, is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your website visitors. This policy outlines how we handle data processed through our filtering engine and stored in our systems.

2. Information We Collect from Users

To provide our services, we collect information you provide during account creation and management:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and payment-related metadata.
  • Service Configuration: Details about your websites, filter links, and protection settings.
  • Billing History: Records of your package purchases and credit top-ups.

3. Visitor Data Processing (The Filtering Engine)

When a visitor interacts with a TrafficDam protected link or script, we process specific data points in real-time to determine if they should be allowed or blocked:

  • IP Address: To check for geographic location, reputation, and VPN/Proxy status (via ThreatGuard).
  • HTTP Headers: Including User-Agent and Referrer to detect bots and source validity.
  • Device Metadata: To enforce device-specific filtering rules.

Data Retention: Detailed visitor logs are kept temporarily for your dashboard analytics. We do not sell this data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We use trusted third-party providers to enhance our services:

  • Threat Intelligence: We verify IPs against global blacklists to provide VPN/Proxy detection.
  • Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via secure gateways (PayPal, Cashfree, Dodo). We do not store your full credit card or bank details on our servers.

5. Data Security

We employ 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. Our infrastructure is designed to protect your account information and logs from unauthorized access.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data stored in your TrafficDam account. Please note that account deletion will result in the forfeiture of any remaining request credits.
